Reviews for Towne Square Apartments and Townhomes

My parent's visited me during the summer time and I am very pleased to say that they had a really fantastic stay. During their stay in US, they visited and stayed at multiple places. For them the College Towne community was one of "the best" places to live by. My father used to take a walk in the morning and have a coffee from the Starbucks machine. Thats how his happy day at College Towne Began. Sometime, my parents used to come and do a "hot-water" therapy (especially for my mother) in the Jacuzee behind the leasing-office. They were always very warmly and affectionately greeted by Imani. In the evening time, they sometimes visited the "dog's park" and really liked the lively atmosphere there. Still, when I call them, my parents remember Imani, they remember the Starbucks Coffee and the Dogs Park. They happy share their memories with relatives back in India. I wholeheartedly thank The DTN and College Towne (now its Town Square) people for making this place an "awesome home". Keep it up!

Will you find cheaper apartments - Yes, but it is usually in a bad neighborhood or close to MSU. I don't want to deal with the undergrad scene and like the quietness that College Towne has to offer with all the college perks (e.g. tanning, pool, workout equipment, etc). I think it isn't fair that their prices literally go up every year. Not sure if they plan on having a base price of $1000 in a few years because that's ridiculous.

I love how close to the expressway this complex is without the noise of the actual expressway. Jolly and Dunkle are not noisy roads either.

I have lived in building 10 for 2 years and have to say that the amount of parking available outside of my apartment is amazing! I wish there was this much parking available throughout the whole complex!
